Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
- Bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming
- Delivers meals to residents
- Transports residents as needed throughout the facility
- Assists residents in their recreational activities
- Checks residents’ vitals and records resident’s general conditions
- Maintain linens, supplies, and equipment
- Turn/re-position residents who are bedridden
Requirements:
- Valid CNA certification
- Physical and TB done within the past 1yr
- 6 mo – 1 yr experience in LTC facilities
