Key Responsibilities of the Occupational Therapist:
- Evaluate and diagnose patients for occupational therapy services.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
- Conduct therapy sessions in the comfort of patients’ homes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and document progress.
- Teach adaptive techniques and therapeutic exercises to improve patients’ daily living skills.
- Advise patients on in-home modifications and strategies to enhance their independence.
Job Requirements of the Occupational Therapist:
- State-licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in Massachusetts.
- 1+ years of clinical experience preferred.
- Reliable transportation.
