We have briefly outlined our in-home care process below in three easy steps:
Step 1
We will call you at the requested time to answer any questions you have, provide information on our company, and give you direction on how we can provide care that meets your needs.
Step 2
We will visit your loved one to discuss the needed services and learn about their personality, hobbies, and cultural background. Then, we will create a care plan for you to review.
Step 3
We will match your loved one with the caregiver that best suits their care, needs, and personality. On the first day, we will come to your home with our caregiver to make the first introductions.
