Responsibilities: 

• Provide professional, direct nursing care to clients in their homes
• Administer medication, dressings, and treatments as ordered by the physician
• Carry out the client’s medical plan of care
• Maintain records of the client’s medical histories and symptoms
• Assess and monitor the client’s medical needs as well as their physical and emotional statuses
• Advise and educate the clients and their families on ways to improve the client’s quality of life
• Respond to client concerns or requests
• Ensure the client meets home health eligibility and medical necessity guidelines.
• Comply with agency, Federal, State, and local laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

• Valid RN/LPN license
• Physical and TB done within the past 1yr
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Oasis experience is a plus!
