Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
  • Bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming
• Delivers meals to residents
• Transports residents as needed throughout the facility
• Assists residents in their recreational activities
• Checks residents’ vitals and records resident’s general conditions
• Maintain linens, supplies, and equipment
• Turn/re-position residents who are bedridden

Requirements:

• Valid CNA certification
• Physical and TB done within the past 1yr
• 6 mo – 1 yr experience in LTC facilities
