We are now hiring a Healthcare Recruiter who meets the following criteria:

• Demonstrated ability to be self-directed, flexible and cooperative
• Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team
• Ability to interact professionally with other health care professionals and exercise patience with clients, patients and their families
• Customer service skills, multi-tasking, and heavy phone contact required
• Recruitment of staff, using online sites and Vendor Manager systems
• High level of comfort working with computers/databases
• Prior Experience as a customer service representative a plus
