Exciting Opportunity for Training as a Certified Home Health Aide:
We’re thrilled to offer paid Certified Home Health Aide Training, where you can earn $2,000 upon completion! (this amount is taxed). Our program, led by experienced Registered Nurse Instructors, is designed to inspire and empower you with the skills needed to succeed.

Job Responsibilities of the CNA/Home Health Aide:

• Personal Care Assistance: Help clients with daily hygiene tasks like bathing, grooming, dressing, and oral care.
• Companionship and Emotional Support: Offer social interaction and companionship, bringing joy and comfort to clients.
• Meal Preparation & Nutritional Support: Assist with meal prep, feeding, and grocery shopping while adhering to clients’ dietary needs.
• Household Management: Ensure a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for clients.
• Health Observation & Reporting: Monitor client’s physical and mental well-being, documenting and reporting significant changes to the care team.
• Mobility Assistance: Safely assist clients with movement and transfers.
• Health Practices Reinforcement: Provide guidance to clients and families to reinforce positive health habits and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Must have or be willing to complete Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification.
• An active driver’s license and a reliable vehicle are required.
• Ability to work independently with strong communication skills.
